Abilene Storage and Business Units is a storage and business unit startup with a simple mission: to serve the hardworking people of Abilene and small businesses in Abilene by providing them with the space they need to grow. We’re focused on creating flexible, large industrial business units (similar to storage units but larger) tailored for local mechanics, contractors, plummers, and other trades who need more than a typical storage unit. With options ranging from 20x60, 40x60, and 60x60, 1,200 SQFT-3,600 SQFT, we’ll offer businesses the secure and accessible space they need to work their trade, store equipment, inventory, and materials, helping them scale faster, with less overhead.
Our facility will include 24/7 access, high-end security, and customizable lease options to fit the specific needs of Abilene’s small business owners. This isn’t just about storage or a place for their business to run—it’s about creating opportunities for local businesses to thrive.
What I’m Asking For
We’re seeking $1.2 million in local capital to make this vision a reality. This investment will help us secure the land, build the facility, and launch a marketing campaign to reach Abilene’s business owners. There’s a real need here in Abilene. Right now, there aren’t many options for business owners who need large-scale facilities.
